Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Westgate Jewelers. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers. Please read the following guidelines for returning items:

Online Purchases:

• Returns are accepted for cash, credit or exchange within the United States within 10 days after delivery. After 10 days but no later than 14 days, an item will be only issued credit or and exchange.

• Items must be return shipped, in saleable condition, within 10 days after the delivery date.

• Include the original sales invoice, diamond/jewelry certificate, all complementary/gift items, original packaging, and collateral material.

• Gift recipients are eligible for a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

Return Process:

1. Securely package the item and ensure it is fully insured for the return shipment.

2. Include the original sales invoice and packaging materials.

3. Clearly indicate the reason for the return.

4. Ship the return package to:

Important Notes:

• Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

• Special ordered or custom-made items, as well as resized or engraved items, may not be returned.

• We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges, within 3 weeks of receiving the return.

• Westgate Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments during transit, Insurance on your return package is required.

Cancellation or Order Changes:

If you need to cancel or change an unprocessed order, please call us or email us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
